Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from NDI, Neighborhood Industrial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain properties identified as Block No. 7-H, Lots No. 14, 17, 20, and 21, in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, and changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, a portion of certain property identified as Block No. 7-D, Lot No. 305 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; 22^nd Ward, Council District 6.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from NDI, Neighborhood Industrial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain properties identified as Lots Numbered 14, 17, 20, and 21, Block No. 7-H; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.

Section 2.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, an area bounded by: Allegheny Avenue; the northerly boundary line of Lot Number  25, Block No. 7-H in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; the northerly boundary line of Lot Number 21, Block No. 7-H in the aforesaid system; a point extended in a northerly direction from the common boundary line between Lots Numbered 21 and 20, Block No. 7-H in the aforesaid system; North Lincoln Avenue; Allegheny Avenue.
