Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the annual maintenance and support of software and equipment necessary for processing and administering Personnel and Civil Service applications for employment and written examinations.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Sixteen Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($16,300.00), are chargeable to and payable from Code Account 525100, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 109000, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, Budget Year 2007.
