Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 86, effective February 27, 2002, entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Renovation of Various Play Areas; at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00," by increasing the project allocation by $60,000 from $600,000 to $660,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 86, effective February 27, 2002, which presently reads as follows:
" The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, for the Renovation of Various Play Areas and/or Ballfield, and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies for said projects, at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00 payable from the following accounts:
