Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of  Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and provide for the payment thereof, and/or for transfer of funds to the Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase of one (1) Street Sweeper, and one (1) Street Flusher, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Operations, at a cost not to exceed Three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the Liquid Fuels Trust Fund, Fund 2200, Org. 400000, Account 543000, , Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2007, Department of Public Works.
