Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) to Alberta Gales and Ainsman, Levine & Drexler, LLC., 310 Grant Street, Suite 1500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in full and final settlement of a civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County filed at GD-09-020175 for personal injuries and damages relating to a trip and fall accident that occurred on April 15, 2008 within the Manchester Playground area at or near the intersection of Juniata and Fulton Streets in the City of Pittsburgh to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
