Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements in an amount not to exceed Three Million, Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand ($3,475,000) Dollars from Organization:  840000, Fund:  5100, Account:  595000, Sub Class:  PGHPR, Project:  2255899, Budget Year:  2003, Capital Equipment Acquisition with the Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by City of Pittsburgh Department s and Authorities.
