Resolution further amending Resolution No. 840 of 2019, effective January 1, 2020 as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2020 Capital Budget and the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program; approving the 2020 through 2025 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing TROY HILL CITIZENS by Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) and increasing CATAPULT GREATER PITTSBURGH by Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00), and authorize a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh:
Section 1. Resolution No. 840 of 2019, effective January 1, 2020, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2.The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with these community organizations on behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable and payable from the listed code accounts of the 2020 Community Development Block Grant program.
