Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements for the "Revitalization and development strategies" which will be funded with non-city dollars.  Funding source is the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) at a cost not to exceed 60,000.00.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the "Revitalization and development strategies" which will be funded with non-city dollars.  Funding source is the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) at a cost not to exceed 60,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
