Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: \par
Section 1.  Resolution No. 103, effective March 21, 1997, which presently reads as follows:
 
      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses: maintenance; purchase of equipment; and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $117,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Code Account (110304):
566100-1000-110000-300-G225000-1997.
