Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget" by transferring a total of $45,109.30 from completed projects within District 1 Neighborhood Needs to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation, Five Points Business District of Observatory Hill, and District 1 DPW Projects.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 855 of 2011 is hereby further amended and supplemented in order transfer $5,000 from Allegheny Cleanways, $1,029.45 from Allegheny West, $1,704 from Animal Care and Welfare Inc, $5,000 from Historic Deutschtown Development Corporation, $2,000 from Northside Common Ministries, $375.85 from Sarah Heinz Wayfinders Signs, $15,000 from Spring Hill Civic League, $5,000 from the Springhill Elementary School Playground, $8,000 from Summer Hill Citizens Council, $11,000 from Northside Leadership Conference, trueing up the budget to actual expenditures in the Flowers for Riverview Park ($1,615.60), and transferring those funds to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation +1,000, District 1 DPW Projects +$21,493.70 $32,493.70, and Five Points Business District of Observatory Hill +$10,000, as per the "Revised Budget" column:
