Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh requests the members of the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives work cooperatively to increase penalties for crimes associated with Home Invasion in a manner similar to the increased penalties levied in the immediate area of our schools.
