Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with six organizations to produce arts programming as part of the “Funding for the Arts” American Rescue Plan Act allocation, at a total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($625,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement of Agreements with six organizations to produce arts programming as part of the “Funding for the Arts” American Rescue Plan Act allocation, at a total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($625,000.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following account:
$625,000.00 from 0222905500.53901.00
Section 2. The authorized spend of each contract shall be as follows:
$185,000.00 - August Wilson African American Cultural Center
$50,000.00 - Civic Light Opera Association of Greater Pittsburgh
$50,000.00 - Film Pittsburgh
$5,000.00 - Hill Dance Academy Theatre
$10,000.00 - Organization of Chinese Americans Pittsburgh
$325,000.00 - Shiftworks Community and Public Arts
Section 3. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
