Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. for costs associated with the CBD Signals Phase 4 Project; providing for payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($575,887.64), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously passed authorization (552 of 2024), chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
