Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements for the furnishing of professional services for Vacant lot cleanup services beginning April 1, 2005 and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $400,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements in a form approved by City Solicitor, for professional services for Vacant lot clean up services, at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand ($400,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 527900, Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2005, Budget Year 2005, Project 2220082, Property Management, Department of Public Works.
