Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the U.S. Marshals Service, in an amount not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,900.00), to return seized funds in accordance with case 2:17cr304, filed in the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Funds are chargeable to and payable from account number 2300241900.53513.00.
