Resolution vacating a portion of Horning Street between Sanderson Avenue and a 10' Unnamed Way in the 29th & 32nd Ward, 4th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.
 
Body
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Horning Street in the 29th & 32nd Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
 
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That vacating a portion of Horning Street, 40' feet wide between Sanderson Avenue and a 10' Unnamed Way, laid out in the Benz Plan of Lots, Plan Book Volume 25, Page 92, recorded April 12, 1911, Lots 1-11 and between Lot and Blocks 138-G-1, 4, 6, 10, 205 and 184 and 138-H-73 and also reserving the right of easement of a 24" water line located therein, in the 29th & 32nd Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
