Title
Resolution granting unto Iron City Yoga, 3418 Penn Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15201, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a handicap ramp with handrail on Penn Avenue and a concrete landing with handrail at 3418 Penn Street in the 6th Ward, Council District 7 of the City of Pittsburgh, USA.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Iron City Yoga, 3418 Penn Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15201, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,
1. A portion of a concrete ADA accessible ramp 13' 6 1/4'' in length with a 34'' high steel/steel cable handrail and a 6' 11 3/4'' by 8' 0'' landing, extending 5'0'' out over the property line onto the 12' 0'' sidewalk area on Penn Avenue.
2. A portion of a 6' 11 3/4'' in length and 2' 1 11/16'' high concrete landing with a set of metal handrails, 34'' high extending a total of 5' 0'' over the property line onto the 12' 0'' sidewalk area at 3418 Penn Avenue: for 3418 Penn Avenue, Lot and Block 48-5-284 in the 6th Ward, Council District 7 of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plans on file in the Americans with Disabilities Act Office, Department of City Planning
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the ADA Coordinator of the City of Pittsburgh for further review by Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
