Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Pubic Works to enter into a Deed of Easement and Agreement with the Forest City Station Square Associates to grant to the City, an easement for pedestrian public walkway (Riverwalk) on Station Square property in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to execute, in form approved by the City Solicitor, a Deed of Easement and Agreement with the Forest City Station Square Associates, pursuant to which the Forest City Station Square Associates will grant to the City an easement for pedestrian public walkway (Riverwalk) located on Station Square property, in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
