Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 44, effective February 20, 2007, as amended, entitled "Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for street repair programs to include, but not limited to, brick and blockstone repairs, concrete slab replacement at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof", by adding an additional $50,000. Total cost not to exceed $600,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts street repair programs to include but not limited, brick and blockstone repairs, concrete slab replacement at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2231101, Budget Year 2007, Account 525500, Slab, Brick and Blockstone Restoration, Department of Public Works.
