Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Various Park Facilities and for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies in connection with such projects, at a cost not to exceed $725,000.00.
