Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, the Director of the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized and directed to immediately implement photo enforcement at targeted red light intersections.
