Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the East Liberty - Negley Avenue Implementation project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($2,571,661.00):
