Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 339, effective June 2, 1999, as amended by Resolution No. 546, effective August 20, 2001, which currently reads:

"Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 1999-2000 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Eight Million Four Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Three ($8,401,263.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 1999-2000 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
