Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Regulations, Chapter 911, Use Standards adding language requiring parking demand analysis and site plan review for Restaurants (limited) in LNC Districts.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts the following:

Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Regulations, is hereby amended at Chapter 911, Use Standards, Section 911.04.A.56 adding as follows

(d) In LNC Districts

Restaurant (Limited) uses shall be subject to the following:

(1) Parking Demand Analysis is required, see 914.02.B

(2) The proposed use shall be subject to the Site Plan Review procedures of Section 922.04
