Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign quitclaim deeds conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the City-owned property located at 1039 Salter Way in the 23rd Ward of the City and designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block & Lot: 24-F-68, to Weiying Mao for SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00) relating to the full and final settlement of a case filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at C.S. 22-000078 over one year, charging and payable from 1070876500.43903.00.
