Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Hollinshead, Mendelson, Bresnahan & Nixon, P.C. for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the City of Pittsburgh in connection with litigation arising from the Corfu Street remediation, specifically actions concerning Douglas Blair and real property identified at Block and Lot 7-N-238, 20th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars), chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2010, in the Department of Law.
