Resolution providing for an application form and procedure addressing requests for inter-municipal transfer of liquor license pursuant to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, 47 P.S. 4-461.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The City Solicitor and other appropriate Departments are hereby authorized and directed to formulate an application form and procedure to properly address requests for intermunicipal transfer of liquor licenses into the City of Pittsburgh pursuant to and in compliance with the requirements set forth in the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, 47 P.S. 4-461.
