Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. City Council hereby authorizers an extension of the acting term of Mathew Davis, Acting Chief, Bureau of Fire, for 90 days, effective September 9, 2026, through December 8, 2026.
