Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for flexible beam guiderails at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project Number 2231810, Budget Year 2002, Department of Public Works, Account 525500.
