Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor with First Data Government Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of First Data Corporation, for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Webfile Software Support, for a period of three (3) years, July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009, at a cost not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 525100, Fund 1000, Organization 107300, Sub-Class 150, budget Years 2006 - 2008.
