Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an amended Agreement of Sale with various property owners in the 17th Ward of the City in order to advance the Newton Street Project, providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars ($1,124,727.00), an increase of Twenty Thousand Seventy Dollars ($20,070.00) from the previous authorization.

WHEREAS, to advance the project, certain parcels of property within the project area must be acquired;
WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh seeks to enter into an agreement of sale with various property owners in order to advance the project.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into certain amended Agreement of Sale with various property owners necessary to advance the Newton Street Project as further provided below and, in the plan, attached as Exhibit A.
Section 2. Costs relating to the agreements of sale are to be paid from the following account(s), in an amount not to exceed One Million One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars ($1,124,727.00), an increase of Twenty Thousand Seventy Dollars ($20,070.00) from the previous authorization, as indicated in the funding table:
