Resolution authorizing the Office of the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into one-year mini reimbursement agreements for the 2024 Love Your Block program at a cost not to exceed TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) over one year.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Office of the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into mini reimbursement agreements with qualified nonprofit organizations to carry out block revitalization projects. All monies shall be paid from JDE account 11101.102000.53.53901.2024 over one year.
Section 2. The selected qualified nonprofits that will complete Love Your Block projects are listed below.
Allegheny Cleanways $2,500
Perry Hilltop Citizens Council $2,500
Operation Better Block $7,500; Fiscal Sponsor for Sycamore Ancestor Tree Project and Lincoln Lemington Consensus Group
Sojourner House $2,500
Fineview Citizens Council $2500
Strip District Neighbors $2,500
Section 3. Said agreements or amendments thereto will be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
