Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

That Section 1 of Resolution No. 680, approved October 20, 2023, effective October 20, 2023 which presently reads as follows:

Section 1. OFFICE PARTNERS XXIII BLOCK G1 LLC, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, at no cost to the City, a street level bio-retention tree pit along Washington Place and a planting area along Bedford Avenue, at 626 Washington Place, in the 3rd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.


Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. OFFICE PARTNERS XXIII BLOCK G1 LLC, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, at no cost to the City, three (3) street level bioretention tree pits along Washington Place; stairs; sloped walkways; planted areas with retaining walls; retaining wall with integral bench; railings, light poles, pylon sign, landscaping, trash receptacles, stormwater/underdrain networks and connection to PWSA infrastructure, underground electrical and a planting area along Bedford Avenue, at 626 Washington Place, in the 3rd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-1040 on file in the Division of Permits, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
