Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Eletro-Kote Company in the amount of Twenty-Nine Thousand and Eight Hundred Dollars ($29,800.00) for improvements to the Vietnam War Memorial project, chargeable to and payable from 11101.420000.56.56151.2023
