Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000.00) dollars to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the Purchase of vehicles for use by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police chargeable to and payable from JDE account number: 2129400476.57531.00

 

Section 2.                     This agreement or agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 3.                     This agreement or agreement(s) shall also satisfy all requirements as specified by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
