Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby authorized to renew the "City of Pittsburgh Managed Care Program Worker's Compensation Contract 2006-2009, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in order to provide for compensation in the amount of Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars ($4,878,530) for the calendar year 2007.  This amount shall be chargeable to and payable from Code Account 44-9, Employee Expense Worker's Compensation Program Medical, Index Code 004499, Account 571100, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Sub Class 040 and Budget Year 2007, Department of Personnel and Civil Service.
