Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement or Agreements with Workiva, Inc. to provide a subscription-based budget publishing software solution.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$45,000   from 11101.102200.53509.2017
$35,000   from 11101.102200.53509.2018
$35,000   from 11101.102200.53509.2019

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
