Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $3,680.00 from Fund 1000, City Clerk (Organization 101200), Salary (Subclass 010), Budget Year 2003, Account 511000, to Fund 1000, City Clerk (Organization 101200), Premium Pay (Subclass 020), Budget Year 2003, Account 516000.
