Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $5,000.00, in favor of Nathan Awai, 211 Attica Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15220 for reimbursement of his homeowner’s deductible for repairs to his residence after a City Environmental Services vehicle backed into a Duquesne Light Pole at this location, knocking the pole into his residence on August 8, 2017, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2018.
