Title

The City will receive $1,000.00 in revenue for each site that participates in the Program.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, an agreement or agreements with the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Physical Therapy for implementation of the On The Move Program. This is a group exercise program for improving mobility in Older Americans, at no cost to the City, with compensation to the City in the amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) for each site that participates in the program. Monies receive shall be deposited into JDE account 5000285000.48106.00.
