Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplemental agreement or agreements with HDR Engineering, Inc. for costs associated with Final Design of the Swindell Bridge Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Six Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eighty-Five Dollars and Thirty-Eight Cents ($3,618,085,38), an increase of Two Million Four Hundred Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Eighty-One Cents ($2,444,157.81), reimbursable at 95%.
