Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with C.H. & D. Enterprises, Inc. for costs associated with the North Avenue Reconstruction Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Nine Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Dollars and One Cent ($4,941,005.01), of which Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,800,000.00) are reimbursable.
