Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a psychologist(s) or licensed counselor(s) for the professional psychological services, at a cost not to exceed Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Account 526300, Org. No. 210000, Budget Year 2002, Department of Public Safety.
