Resolution amending 741 of 2025, which amended Resolution 413 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with a current City construction project, by further authorizing an amendment to said Professional Services Agreement to amend the scope of work and allocate additional funding for a new not-to-exceed cost of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($135,000.00) over two (2) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 741 of 2025, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 413 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with a current City construction project, by increasing the contract amount by Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for a new not to exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over one (1) year,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an amendment or amendments to Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with various City construction projects, in an amount not to exceed of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($135,000.00) over two (2) years, charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are to be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
