Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with CONNECT in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) payable from grant job number 1129400467.53901.00 .

 

Section 2.   This resolution shall be approved by the solicitor as to form.
