Body

Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for professional services, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($103,150.000) chargeable to and payable from the following Youth Policy Trust Fund 2481, Subclass 600, Account 526125, Org. No. 210000, Budget Year 2001.
