Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Engineering and Construction are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or use an existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a contractor(s) or vendor(s) for services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh in connection with the lighting of Vanucci Field, in the amount of $70,000 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
