Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for flexible beam guiderail maintenance and repair at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project Number 2231810, Budget Year 2010, Account 525500, Department of Public Works.
