Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:            

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,500.00 warrant in favor of Chiacheng Lin, of McKee Place, Apt. 7, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, in settlement of a claim for property damage to a vehicle from an accident with a City Public Works snow plow, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
