Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,137.00 warrant in favor of Albert R. Volovic, 401 Niagara Drive, North Huntingdon, Pittsburgh, PA 15642, in settlement of a claim for a damaged vehicle due to a City ES truck, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008.
